Cancellation Policy
1. Booking and Payment Reservation: Rooms can be reserved online, over the phone, or in person. A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Payment: Full payment is due at the time of booking or upon arrival. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Cancellations: Cancellations made within 14 Days of the booking may incur a fee or result in the loss of the deposit. 2. Room Usage Capacity: Each room has a maximum capacity limit. Exceeding this limit is not permitted for safety reasons. Time Slots: Venue is booked in 4 hourly time slots. Typically 7pm - 11pm. Extensions may be available depending on availability but are not guaranteed. Equipment Use: All equipment (Bull, Toilets, microphones, screens, sound systems, decorations etc) should be used properly. Damages caused by misuse may result in additional charges. 3. Food and Beverages Outside Food/Drink: Bringing outside food and beverages is not allowed. The venue offers food and drink services. Alcohol: Alcoholic beverages may be consumed by guests, but excessive drinking leading to disruptive behaviour is not tolerated. 4. Behaviour and Conduct Noise Levels: While karaoke can be loud, please be considerate of noise levels, especially in shared or adjoining spaces. Conduct: Abusive or inappropriate behavior towards staff or other patrons will not be tolerated and may result in ejection from the venue without a refund. Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. A designated smoking area is available outside the venue. 5. Liability and Responsibility Personal Belongings: The venue is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items. Please keep your belongings secure. Damages: The person who made the booking is responsible for any damages to the Venue/Equipment during the session. Injuries: The venue is not liable for any injuries sustained during the use of the karaoke room. Guests use the facilities at their own risk. 6. Age Restrictions Minors: Guests under the age of 18 must be identified and accompanied by their legal guardian.They will not be served at the bar - guardian make all purchases. ID Check: Valid identification is required for age verification. 7. Privacy and Security CCTV: For safety and security, some rooms may be monitored by CCTV. Footage is used only for security purposes. Rodeo Bull Footage: May be used for Promotions. Personal Data: Any personal information provided during booking will be handled in accordance with data protection laws.
